Our chocolate is made with Arriba Nacional Cocoa Beans selected from different provinces of Ecuador such as Pichincha, Esmeraldas, Manabí and Los Rios. Each region maintains a unique biodiversity with microclimates, altitudes and different types of soils from a single country, which develop different flavor profiles and aromas in their cocoa beans.
