Balance
Ecuador is home to the world-renowned Arriba Nacional heirloom cacao, which is prized for its ethereal floral aromas and divine fruity flavors. We have developed two different creation methods to highlight all this magical fruit has to offer – our Virgin (minimally processed) line and our traditional Roasted line.
Terroir
By producing our couverture at origin, we are able to be involved during the critical stages of growth, harvest, and fermentation, which enables us to respond nimbly to any challenges that arise during or between seasons.
